1. Booking and Reservations
- Booking Process: To schedule a party, you must contact us via our booking form or by visiting our Contact Us page. A valid credit card is required to confirm your booking.
- Deposit: A non-refundable deposit may be required to reserve your desired date and time. Full payment is due prior to the event.
- Changes or Cancellations: All cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled event. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the event may incur a fee, and deposits are non-refundable.
- Weather Conditions: If the weather is not suitable for outdoor events, we reserve the right to reschedule or move the event indoors (if applicable).
2. Event Details
- Equipment and Services Provided: The equipment and services provided for your party, including game consoles, laser tag equipment, and themed packages, will be determined based on the party package selected during booking.
- Party Duration: Each party package comes with a specific time frame. Any additional time requested beyond the allocated duration may be subject to additional fees.
- Guests: Our standard party packages accommodate up to 24 guests. For laser tag, the standard is 14 sets of equipment, which covers 7-on-7 gameplay. Additional sets may be purchased.
3. Payment and Pricing
- Pricing: Prices for our services vary depending on the party package and duration. Prices are clearly listed on our website, and are subject to change without notice. Taxes may apply.
- Payment Methods: We accept payment via credit cards and other secure payment methods as detailed during the booking process.
- Early Bird Discounts: Special offers, including Early Bird discounts, apply only when parties start at designated times (e.g., 9:30 AM) and are valid for the designated time frames. Discounts cannot be applied retroactively.
4. Responsibilities and Conduct
- Host Responsibilities: The host is responsible for ensuring the safety and appropriate conduct of all party participants. We reserve the right to stop the event if any participant is found engaging in inappropriate or unsafe behavior.
- Supervision: While Game On! staff will provide game coaching and instruction, the host must ensure adequate supervision of children and guests throughout the event.
- Damage or Loss: You are responsible for the safety of all rented equipment. If any equipment is damaged, lost, or stolen during your event, you may be charged for repair or replacement costs.
5. Safety and Health
- Health and Safety Standards: All equipment is maintained to ensure safety and quality. In case of any issues or concerns with the equipment during the event, please inform our staff immediately.
- Injury: Although every precaution is taken to ensure safety during laser tag or video game play, Game On! is not liable for injuries that may occur during the event.
- COVID-19 and Other Health Concerns: We adhere to all current health guidelines, including local regulations regarding COVID-19 or other public health concerns. If you or any participants are feeling unwell, please reschedule the event.
6. Intellectual Property
- Copyright and Trademarks: All logos, trademarks, game titles, and intellectual property used in our events and promotional materials are owned by their respective companies and protected by law. You may not use, copy, or distribute any of our intellectual property without explicit permission.
7. Limitations of Liability
- Limitation of Liability: Game On! Mobile Video Game Theater & Laser Tag is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the event package.
- Force Majeure: Game On! is not liable for delays or cancellations caused by unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to natural disasters, power failures, or other events beyond our control.
8. Privacy and Data Collection
- Privacy Policy: We collect and store personal information as necessary for booking and event purposes. This includes contact details, payment information, and other relevant data.
